Innovative culinary competition that combines aspects such as the dividing of tasks, coordination and internal communications amongst team members, etc… in order to prepare the best “Paella”. To do so, each team is provided with all the materials, supplies and food ingredients they need. The master chef and the instructor-coordinator of the activity will explain to the teams the different steps in the process of how to correctly prepare the dish and later act as a jury in this amusing team building activity. Finally, the teams enjoy their creations and also compare their own “paella” with those of their opponents.
