CHEF MASTERS TAPAS

Each team will be placed on a work table where they will find kitchen utensils.

Our Chef will propose to the teams the realization of 3 different tapas with 3 main bases: vegetable base, fish base and meat base.

Teams will also have a buffet of ingredients in which they can acquire those that they consider more appropriate in order to present the most original and tasty proposals.

After the established time, our jury will evaluate and comment all the prepared tapas and will choose the best team: the “Master Chef Team”

Characteristics:

· Presentation and management of the activity by a master of ceremonies

· 1 professional chef

· Kitchen utensils (chopping boards, knives, jugs,… ) and clothing (chef toques, cellulose aprons, gloves…)

·  Ingredients for 3 types of “tapas” –vegetable, fish and meat based-

·  Team badges, gold painted wood spoons for all members of the winning team

·  1 general coordinator of the activity

·  Management by VSP Very Special Projects.
